Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of real estate funds and properties.
- Work on secondary transactions, fund and asset-level recapitalizations, co-investments, and primary commitments.
- Prepare and present internal materials for new transactions.
- Compile Investment Committee memos and materials for weekly team meetings.
- Analyze market data for various transactions.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student with anticipated graduation by Summer 2028.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with dynamic roles.
- Self-motivated with good judgment and intellectual curiosity.
