Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of real estate funds and properties.
- Work on secondary transactions, recapitalizations, co-investments, and primary commitments.
- Prepare and present internal materials for new transactions.
- Compile Investment Committee memos and materials for team meetings.
- Analyze market data for various transactions.
