Role Responsibilities
- Assist in new loan originations for opportunistic funds and mortgage trust.
- Support acquisitions of legacy loans, CMBS, and other debt forms.
- Participate in restructurings and recapitalizations.
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, market and competitive research.
- Develop investment committee presentations and draft memoranda.

Candidate Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or masters student, graduating summer 2028.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Self-motivated with good judgment and intellectual curiosity.
- Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail and commitment to development.
