Program Description

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in new loan originations for opportunistic funds and mortgage trust.
• Support acquisitions of legacy loans, CMBS, and other debt forms.
• Participate in restructurings and recapitalizations.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, market and competitive research.
• Develop investment committee presentations and draft memoranda.
• Help manage client and banking relationships and liaise with Real Estate Capital Markets team.

Candidate Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or masters student, graduating summer 2028.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Self-motivated with good judgment and intellectual curiosity.
• Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail and commitment to development.
