About the role
Join Blackstone’s London Real Estate Acquisitions team as a 2027 Analyst, supporting the origination, underwriting, and execution of European real estate investments. The role offers exposure to companies, portfolios, and properties across asset classes, with responsibilities spanning financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to formulate new real estate investment theses.
- Prepare valuation analyses, LBO models, investment memos, and presentations for opportunities.
- Assist with due diligence, negotiation, execution, financing, and structuring of live transactions.
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Legal & Compliance, Capital Markets, and other cross-functional teams.
- Attend site tours, internal and external meetings, due diligence, and expert sessions.
- Present views on key transaction drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Programme and Development
- Work on deal teams acquiring real estate companies, portfolios, and individual properties across European asset classes.
- Receive learning and development opportunities covering investing, leadership, communication, technology, and management.
- Work with professionals across business units and participate in a robust mentorship experience.
