Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies.
- Exposure to leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and private credit.
- Model secondary portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments, and primary commitments.
- Prepare Investment Committee memos and assist in structuring and executing investments.
- Conduct various research projects related to private equity secondaries.
Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
