Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Exposure to leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and private credit.
• Model secondary portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments, and primary commitments.
• Prepare Investment Committee memos and assist in structuring and executing investments.
• Conduct various research projects related to private equity secondaries.
