Role Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies.
- Work across leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and private credit asset classes.
- Model secondary portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments, and primary commitments.
- Prepare Investment Committee memos.
- Structure and execute investments.
