Role Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Work across leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and private credit asset classes.
• Model secondary portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments, and primary commitments.
• Prepare Investment Committee memos.
• Structure and execute investments.
• Conduct various research projects.
