About the role
Join Blackstone Strategic Partners in London for a 4–6 month off-cycle internship starting in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027. Support secondary transactions, co-investments, primary commitments and other private-market investments through valuation analysis, financial modelling, research, Investment Committee materials, and investment structuring and execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis and financial modelling for portfolio companies and funds across private equity asset classes.
- Support secondary transactions, co-investments, primary commitments and other private-market investment opportunities.
- Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and conduct research projects for the Strategic Partners investment team.
- Assist with structuring and executing investments across a range of private-market strategies.

- Strategic Partners provides liquidity solutions to limited partners and general partners through secondaries, GP Stakes and co-investments.
- The team is one of the world’s largest and most established secondaries platforms.
