Role Responsibilities
- Engage in financial analysis and modeling for investment opportunities.
- Conduct investment and competitive research across various sectors.
- Assist in executing transactions and drafting memoranda.
- Communicate with senior management of portfolio companies.
- Participate in deal structuring, financing, and due diligence.
- Attend internal meetings and negotiations related to deals.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Ability to write effectively and collaborate as a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail, good judgment, perseverance, and stamina.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, or investment banking is desirable but not required.
