- Draft memoranda for internal and external use.

Private Equity Infrastructure Asset Management Role
- Support post-acquisition transactions including M&A and refinancings.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs and optimize reporting processes.
- Assist in strategy development and operational planning.
- Work closely with deal teams and portfolio company management.
- Attend internal meetings, business reviews, and strategy sessions.

Qualifications
