- 10-week in-person Summer Analyst internship from Nov 2026 to Feb 2027 in Sydney.

Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on prospective investments and participate in the investment process.
- Meet potential borrowers and conduct industry and strategy research.
- Conduct quantitative and financial analysis and draft investment memoranda.
- Model and evaluate deal structures and assist in negotiating deal term sheets.
- Review credit agreements and loan documentation.

Qualifications
- Currently an undergraduate student graduating between mid-2027 and early 2028.
- Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency required.
- Experience preparing presentation materials using PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good judgment.
- Prior relevant internship or strong interest in private investing preferred.
