2027 Blackstone Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

About the role

Blackstone Real Estate’s 2027 Analyst Program in New York supports acquisitions and ongoing management of real estate investments, including assets, portfolios, public companies and individual properties. Analysts contribute to sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, deal execution and Investment Committee materials, using proprietary data, Python, Excel and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Support deal sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence and execution across real estate investments.
• Analyze real estate and public company valuations, leveraged buyouts, portfolios and individual properties.
• Lead due diligence and related deal execution workstreams, including legal negotiations and property tours.
• Prepare Investment Committee materials and presentations supporting investment decisions and final deal approval.
• Work on multiple prospective investments concurrently as part of professional real estate investment teams.
• Apply quantitative analysis to inform acquisitions and ongoing management of real estate-related investments.

Technology and Analysis

• Use Excel, Python, proprietary real estate datasets, large language models and other AI solutions.
• Source, clean, structure and synthesize market data and documents from internal and third-party sources.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and develop analytical applications for investment processes.
• Partner with technology and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities and data platforms.
• Apply machine learning, automation and AI-enabled workflows to sourcing, diligence, underwriting and asset decisions.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Resume must include expected graduation month and year, GPA and be submitted in PDF format.
• The position is part of Blackstone’s 2027 Analyst Program.
