Responsibilities

  • Assist with compensation processes like benchmarking, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount analytics.
  • Complete a defined project or final presentation summarizing learnings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects from business, finance, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student with anticipated graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
  • Resume must include major, expected graduation date, and GPA in PDF format.
  • Strong teamwork, motivation, intelligence, and sound judgment required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected annual base salary: $70,000.
  • Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k), and discretionary bonuses.
  • Certain employees may be eligible for equity and other incentives at Blackstone's discretion.
