Responsibilities
- Assist with compensation processes like benchmarking, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount analytics.
- Complete a defined project or final presentation summarizing learnings and recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects from business, finance, and leadership.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with anticipated graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
- Resume must include major, expected graduation date, and GPA in PDF format.
- Strong teamwork, motivation, intelligence, and sound judgment required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Expected annual base salary: $70,000.
- Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k), and discretionary bonuses.
- Certain employees may be eligible for equity and other incentives at Blackstone's discretion.
