Program Details

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on sustainability industry trends.
- Create sustainability reports and case studies for stakeholders.
- Collect and integrate large data sets from multiple sources.
- Support Real Estate Sustainability teams on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sustainability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Preferred experience with SQL, Tableau, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity, work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork orientation.

- Currently an undergraduate student.
- Anticipated graduation between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.

Compensation
- Expected annual base salary: $110,000.
- Salary determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
- Base salary excludes other compensation or benefits.
