Program Description
- Designed for college juniors interested in credit finance careers.
- Offers hands-on experience across BXCI Finance with exposure to senior management.
- Includes mentorship, development opportunities, and targeted training.
- Involves financial analyses, maintaining models, forecasting P&L and capital metrics.
- Responsibilities include performance tracking, quarterly management and SEC reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong academic record and quantitative skills required.
- Must be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple projects.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, positive attitude, and communication skills.

- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with anticipated graduation Fall 2027 to Spring 2028.
