Blackstone LaunchPad is a 10-week Summer Analyst program offering experiential learning, professional development, mentorship, networking, and career exposure. Analysts may be placed across several Blackstone business areas according to business need and availability. This experiential program does not lead to an employment offer at its conclusion.

Potential Team Placements
- Private Wealth supports alternative investment products, private banks, wealth managers, family offices, advisors, and their clients.
- Technology & Innovations builds systems supporting risk management, efficiency, transparency, internal clients, and portfolio companies.
- Legal & Compliance provides legal guidance and manages compliance policies, procedures, conflicts, and firm-wide initiatives.
- Blackstone Operating Team partners with portfolio company leaders on value creation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Human Resources supports recruiting, employee development, training, assessment, benefits, employee relations, and inclusion.
- Charitable Foundation supports career mobility, opportunity-gap initiatives, student career development, volunteering, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date from Fall 2028 through Spring 2029.
- Resume must include expected graduation month and year, GPA, and be submitted in PDF format.
- Applicants should work well in teams, demonstrate motivation, intelligence, sound judgment, and excellence in prior endeavors.
Additional Conditions
- Selection for LaunchPad does not preclude applying to other Blackstone opportunities.
- Certain client-facing or product-related activities may require obtaining securities licenses.
- Summer Analysts are not eligible to participate in Blackstone health and other insurance benefit programs.
