Role Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring and negotiating restructuring transactions with financial modeling.
- Prepare investment memoranda, analyses, and financial forecasts for decision making.
- Research industry trends and regulatory environments for strategic decisions.
- Monitor watch list credit positions and build cash flow forecasts.
- Engage with portfolio company management and attend board meetings.

Asset Management Team Focus
- Restructure and re-underwrite troubled or underperforming Private Credit Strategies investments.
- Work with equity owners, sponsors, management, and creditors to preserve and enhance value.
- Manage portfolio companies with a private equity mindset when equity ownership is assumed.
- Develop and execute value creation plans with management teams and boards.
- Drive strategic, operational, and financial initiatives to maximize exit outcomes.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with expected graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2028.
- Prior experience in finance, investment banking, restructuring, or consulting preferred.
- Strong interest in restructuring and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a lean team environment.
- Strong accounting, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
