2026 Blackstone Legal & Compliance – Compliance Off Cycle Intern, Paris
Blackstone seeks a Compliance Off Cycle Intern in Paris to support legal and compliance functions, including regulatory guidance, investor onboarding, and compliance monitoring within its EMEA Legal & Compliance group.

Role Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials and investor communications for compliance.
- Assist with legal matters related to investor suitability and marketing registration.
- Review fund documentation and coordinate onboarding of new funds and investors.
- Conduct Know Your Customer checks and oversee investor onboarding.
- Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.

Additional Duties
- Prepare materials and metrics for committees and senior management.
- Assist in training initiatives and compliance oversight programs.
- Support day-to-day compliance monitoring including conflicts of interest and trade documentation.
- Conduct regulatory horizon scanning to assess business impact.
- Engage in company secretarial activities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to development.
