Real Estate Acquisitions Responsibilities
- Participate in acquisition of real estate companies and assets worldwide.
- Engage in transaction development, structuring, and financing.
- Conduct valuation analysis, Excel modeling, and market research.
- Assist with due diligence, legal negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Develop presentations and draft memoranda for internal and external use.

Real Estate Asset Management Responsibilities
- Assist with acquisitions underwriting, asset visits, and post-acquisition transition.
- Support strategy and execution of value enhancement and asset valuation.
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Develop presentations and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in transaction execution including due diligence.

Candidate Requirements
- Full-time undergraduate or master's student with anticipated graduation Sep 2027 - Jun 2028.
- Master's candidates should have no more than 1 year full-time work experience.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- CV in English (Japanese optional), PDF format, including expected graduation and grades.
