Program Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate and public company valuation and financial modeling.
- Perform market research, macro analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Attend meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
- Develop investment committee presentations and draft memoranda.
- Assist in transaction diligence and execution.
