About the role
Blackstone offers a 6-month Technology & Innovations Analyst Internship in Singapore, focusing on building tech solutions for private equity and real estate. Interns gain hands-on experience with AI, product development, and engineering in a collaborative environment.
About the Team
- Alternative Asset Management Technology supports Blackstone's investment businesses.
- Team works with APAC business units and global counterparts.
- Focus on data products, workflow automation, and AI capabilities.
- Two roles: Product and Engineering within the team.
Product Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with real estate, private equity, and investor relations teams.
- Translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
- Support AI enablement and prototype agent-based workflows.
- Design and implement technology solutions using Blackstone tools.
- Liaise between global tech teams and APAC stakeholders.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and project execution.
Engineering Role Responsibilities
- Own build and delivery of custom applications from requirements to release.
- Build web applications and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Develop containerized microservices and automate infrastructure.
- Build data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and AWS tools.
- Integrate modern JavaScript libraries like React for user experience.
- Automate deployments and testing using TeamCity and Jenkins.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI tools, Python and/or SQL, and dashboard building.
- Familiarity with agile delivery concepts and prior relevant internships.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver under tight deadlines.
Eligibility & Application
- Full-time student with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
- Available for full 6-month internship from Jan to Jun 2027.
