Program Description
- 8-week in-person summer analyst program in Tokyo.
- Exposure to various credit investment strategies and processes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on prospective investments.
- Participate in investment process from origination to closing.
- Meet with potential borrowers and conduct industry research.
- Model and evaluate deal structures.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating deal term sheets.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled full-time undergraduate or Master's student (excluding MBA).
- Graduation between September 2027 and June 2028.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations.

Additional Information
- Prior relevant internship or strong interest in private investing preferred.
- Program runs June to August 2027.
