Program Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform due diligence on prospective investments.
  • Participate in investment process from origination to closing.
  • Meet with potential borrowers and conduct industry research.
  • Model and evaluate deal structures.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating deal term sheets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled full-time undergraduate or Master's student (excluding MBA).
  • Graduation between September 2027 and June 2028.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations.

  • Prior relevant internship or strong interest in private investing preferred.
  • Program runs June to August 2027.
