About the role
Blackstone offers a 6-month full-time Transaction Finance internship in Hong Kong from January to June 2027. Interns support deal execution, financial operations, and reporting across Real Estate, Private Equity, and Tactical Opportunities groups.
Team Description
- Focus on transaction execution, post-deal financial operations, and portfolio improvements.
- Support deal teams and asset management on acquisitions, management, and dispositions.
Internship Description
- 6-month full-time internship from January to June 2027 in Hong Kong.
- Work with acquisition, asset management, finance, and support teams.
- Gain exposure to deal execution, reporting, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Investment, Legal, and Tax teams on deal execution.
- Coordinate funding for acquisitions, investments, and disposals.
- Review transaction documents including due diligence reports and term sheets.
- Assist with quarterly investment reporting and cash analysis.
- Liaise with service providers for timely reporting deliverables.
- Support projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication; second language a plus.
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and deliverables.

- Currently enrolled undergraduate or Master’s student.
- Undergraduate in 2nd or 3rd year or Master’s in penultimate year.
- Commit to full-time work for entire internship duration.
- Preferred degree major in Accounting or Finance.
