2027 Blackstone APAC Future Leaders Program (Online)

About the role

Blackstone’s two-day APAC Future Leaders Program offers students graduating between late 2028 and mid-2029 early exposure to finance and business. Participants attend virtual seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions, connect with Blackstone professionals, explore company culture, and learn about future summer program opportunities.

Program Experience

• Attend interactive informational seminars, networking sessions, and skill-building activities virtually via Zoom.
• Network with business, recruiting, and Employee Resource Group professionals.
• Learn about Blackstone’s businesses, culture, and summer program opportunities.

Schedule and Location

• The program is virtual and available to participants across APAC locations.
• Attend both sessions on February 4 and February 11, each lasting 2.5–3 hours.
• Sessions take place Thursday morning Asia time, corresponding to Wednesday evening Eastern Time.

Application Requirements

• Be graduating between the end of 2028 and the middle of 2029.
• Be bilingual in English and one relevant Asian language: Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
• Submit a PDF resume including your latest CGPA or WAM and expected graduation month and year.
• Be available to attend the complete virtual program.

Application Process

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and early applications are encouraged.
• Selected participants will be notified before the event date.
• Applicants who completed the specified prior digital interview may not need to repeat it.
