Praktikum Real Estate Debt, Q4 2026 / Q1 2027
Internship opportunity in Hamburg supporting the Structured Real Estate Lending team. Gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate financing, analysis, and transaction support for at least 3 months in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support structuring and analysis of complex commercial real estate financings.
- Assist throughout the financing process from new business analysis to closing.
- Help create cash flow models, risk analyses, and financing structure evaluations.
- Prepare presentations and monitor existing loan portfolios.
- Manage projects like template creation, market analysis, and database maintenance.

Candidate Requirements
- Advanced studies in economics or law, ideally with finance, real estate, or banking focus.
- Strong interest in capital markets and real estate sector.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, analytical, communicative, and team-oriented.
