Praktikant Real Estate
Internship opportunity in Hamburg supporting Berenberg's Real Estate team for at least 3 months. Gain insight into private banking and real estate investment management.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support due diligence for acquisitions and sales including property, location, and tenant analysis.
- Participate in property inspections and evaluate external due diligence reports.
- Assist in purchase calculations and preparation of committee documents.
- Support strategic and operational portfolio management including performance development and leasing.
- Help implement fund strategies, consolidate data, and assist with reporting and financial statements.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently studying real estate or economics-related degree.
- Practical experience or training in a company is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Engaged, independent, and responsible work approach.
