About the role

Real Estate internship in Berenberg’s Hamburg team, starting in November for at least three months. You will support acquisition and disposal due diligence, portfolio management, fund strategy implementation, reporting, and investor marketing. The role suits enrolled real estate or economics students with analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, fluent German, and good English.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence for property acquisitions and disposals through property, location, and tenant analyses.
• Attend property inspections and evaluate external due diligence reports, acquisition calculations, and committee documents.
• Assist strategic and operational portfolio management, including leasing, construction monitoring, performance development, and reporting.
• Support fund strategy implementation, data analysis, periodic reporting, business reports, and annual financial statements.
• Help address potential investors and prepare strategic marketing and sales materials.
• Evaluate current investor marketing and sales activities.
