Role and Responsibilities
- Support origination and execution of ECM transactions including IPOs and capital increases.
- Research financial statements, market conditions, industry trends, and investment attributes.
- Assist in preparing pitches and execution materials like kick-off books and briefing documents.

Candidate Requirements
- Available to start in April 2026 for a 6-month internship.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program, preferably in business, finance, or STEM.
- Excellent English communication skills; good French preferred.
- Interest or experience in ECM or M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, leadership, and ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
