You will develop secure, reliable digital services, collaborate with experienced teams, and gain practical experience and a professional qualification while earning £25,200 annually.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, maintainable, high-quality software using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, unit testing, and secure coding practices.
- Support reliable software delivery, operational execution, customer service, and effective risk and control management.
Programme and Training
- Earn a Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship while working in a permanent, full-time role.
- Build software engineering skills and help create reliable, secure digital services supporting Barclays’ customers and colleagues.
- Receive support from a Programme Support Manager, People Leader, and specialist subject expert.
- Work at Barclays’ Knutsford campus, which offers clubs, activities, shuttle buses, and onsite parking.
