About the role

Barclays’ Technology Analyst Degree Apprenticeship in Knutsford is a permanent, full-time role starting in August 2027. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with peers and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Support technology operations, customer service, risk management, and operational controls.

Programme and Support

  • Complete a Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship while working full-time.
  • Receive a permanent role and salary from the start of the programme.
  • Work with a Programme Support Manager, People Leader, and specialist subject expert.
  • Programme dates are August 2027 to August 2031.
  • The role has no people leadership responsibilities at this grade.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Achieve at least 104 A2 points, equivalent to BCC, or BTEC DMM.
  • Hold GCSE Mathematics and English Language at A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent.
  • Meet applicable Government apprenticeship funding requirements, including a three-year residence requirement subject to exceptions.
  • Have the legal right to work for the full programme without gaps or reliance on future visa applications.
  • Not have prior study, training, qualifications, relevant funded learning, or work experience that makes you ineligible for funding.

  • Candidates complete an eligibility survey.
  • Successful candidates attend an in-person assessment day involving a group activity and interview.
  • Assessment days take place from October 2026.
  • Barclays will provide the outcome and feedback.

  • Work at the Radbroke Hall campus, set across 64 acres with onsite parking, shuttle buses, clubs, and activities.
