About the role
Graduate marketing analyst role in Barclays’ two-year Explorer Programme, based in London. You will complete three eight-month rotations across marketing areas including customer insight, brand, content, digital channels, data and emerging technologies, gaining training and experience while contributing to customer, commercial and brand outcomes.
Programme Details
- Two-year Explorer Programme comprising three eight-month rotations across marketing functions.
- Job-based bespoke training begins immediately, supported by ongoing training and development programmes.
- Rotations provide exposure to customer insight, brand, content, digital channels, data and emerging technologies.
- Programme runs from August 2027 to August 2029 in London.
Responsibilities
- Support customer and client attraction and retention through branding, advertising, social media, digital marketing, events and sponsorships.
- Conduct research projects, prepare presentations and reports, and communicate findings supporting strategic marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives and marketing projects with measurable customer, commercial and brand impact.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support deployment and launch of new products and services.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service, including product queries, transaction processing and complaint resolution.
Requirements
- Strong degree, or an expected degree achieved before June 2027.
- Customer-first mindset and natural curiosity about future developments.
- Adaptability and eagerness to explore new technologies.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, analytical judgement and stakeholder management skills.
Work Eligibility
- Must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK throughout the programme.
- Barclays cannot provide visa sponsorship because the programme does not meet Skilled Worker eligibility requirements.
