About the role

Join Barclays’ two-year Human Resources Analyst Graduate Programme in London, starting August 2027. Complete three eight-month rotations while receiving bespoke training and contributing to recruitment, colleague experience, inclusion, reward, policy, data insights, employee lifecycle activities, HR services, research, and business initiatives.

Programme

  • Complete a two-year Explorer Programme comprising three eight-month rotations across Human Resources.
  • Receive job-based bespoke training from the start, alongside ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Build relationships across Barclays’ global Human Resources function and develop knowledge of its businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct small research projects, prepare presentations and reports, and help implement findings with relevant leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support new Human Resources products and services.
  • Develop HR insights, colleague journeys, services, and measures supporting the function’s objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, answer product and service questions, process transactions, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support Human Resources decision-making.

Location and Eligibility

  • The role is based at Barclays’ global headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
  • Barclays cannot provide visa sponsorship because the programme does not meet Skilled Worker eligibility requirements.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK throughout the programme.
  • The programme runs from August 2027 to August 2029.
