About the role
Join Barclays’ two-year Human Resources Analyst Graduate Programme in Glasgow, rotating through three eight-month placements. You’ll gain bespoke training and contribute to recruiting, colleague experience, inclusion, reward, policy, data insights, employee lifecycle activity, HR services, and strategic initiatives while developing relationships across the global Human Resources function.
Programme
- Complete a two-year Explorer Programme comprising three eight-month rotations.
- Receive job-based bespoke training from the start of the programme.
- Work in Barclays’ Glasgow campus with hybrid working opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct small research projects, prepare reports and presentations, and help implement findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and relevant leaders on business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support new HR products and services.
- Develop HR insights, colleague journeys, services, and measures across Barclays’ businesses.
- Support financial models and strategies that inform Human Resources decision-making.
- Manage client relationships, answer product and service questions, process transactions, and resolve complaints.
Requirements
- Be a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a strong degree completed before June 2027.
- Bring a customer-first mindset and natural curiosity about future developments.
- Adapt quickly and show enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- Be comfortable turning complex data into clear, compelling stories.
- Have the legal right to work full-time in the UK from August 2027 to August 2029.
- Work throughout the programme without requiring Barclays visa sponsorship.
Analyst Expectations
