About the role

Join Barclays’ 1–2-year Securitized Products Origination analyst graduate program in New York. Following intensive initial training, you will develop specialist technical expertise while supporting asset-backed debt transactions, quantitative analysis, tranche structuring, rating-agency liaison, client materials, and market commentary within the fast-paced Sales, Trading and Structuring division.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, rating, and execution of asset-backed debt transactions and warehouse facilities.
• Stratify collateral pools, run stress tests, and model waterfall mechanics.
• Assist senior bankers with tranche design and liaison with rating agencies.
• Prepare pitch decks, roadshow presentations, internal committee materials, and market commentary.
• Execute research projects supporting strategic decisions, presentations, and reports for the global markets division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and client relationships.

Program and training

• Targeted 1–2-year fast-track program focused on developing specialist technical expertise.
• Complete intensive initial training before starting on a specific markets business desk.
