About the role

Join Barclays’ Investment Banking Graduate Programme in Tel Aviv, supporting Coverage and M&A teams on live deals, client pitches, financial analysis, valuation, and strategic advisory work. After intensive training, you will join an industry, product, or geographic group, gaining exposure to corporate clients, transactions, business development, and investment banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and advisory assignments for a broad range of corporate clients.
• Perform financial analysis, modelling, valuation, industry research, and strategic business assessments.
• Support business development, including opportunity identification, business cases, and new product or service launches.
• Manage client relationships and provide customer service support under decreasing supervision.
• Develop financial models and strategies supporting investment banking decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams on business initiatives and stakeholder communications.

Training and Working Arrangements

• Complete several weeks of intensive training before joining an industry, product, or geographic group.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to build relevant skills and knowledge.
• Work on live deals and business development projects within small deal teams.
• The role currently operates in a hybrid working environment in Tel Aviv.
• Working patterns depend on the role and should be discussed with the hiring manager.

Requirements

• Have a degree or expected degree in any subject area.
• Be fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Show motivation, curiosity, interest in business and finance, and willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate a good work ethic and commitment to developing your skill set.
