About the role
Join Barclays' Investment Banking Associate Graduate Program in San Francisco to gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, capital raising, and risk management. Participate in live deals, receive intensive training, and develop skills in financial modeling and client communication.
Program Overview
- Designed for recent or soon-to-be MBA graduates (Dec 2026 - Jun 2027).
- Starts with several weeks of intensive training.
- Work with industry, product, or geographic groups on live deals.
- Engage in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic assessment.
- Collaborate on business development and stakeholder communication.
- Salary fixed at $175,000 base per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Support live deals and client pitches with structured financial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
- Develop financial models and strategies for decision making.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support.
- Identify opportunities and assist in launching new products/services.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing an MBA degree, graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.

- Resourceful, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience in extracurricular activities showcasing teamwork.
