Program Overview

  • Designed for recent or soon-to-be MBA graduates (Dec 2026 - Jun 2027).
  • Starts with several weeks of intensive training.
  • Work with industry, product, or geographic groups on live deals.
  • Engage in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic assessment.
  • Collaborate on business development and stakeholder communication.
  • Salary fixed at $175,000 base per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support live deals and client pitches with structured financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
  • Develop financial models and strategies for decision making.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service support.
  • Identify opportunities and assist in launching new products/services.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Associate Expectations

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing an MBA degree, graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Strong interest in business and finance with curiosity to learn.
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience in extracurricular activities showcasing teamwork.

Location and Work Environment
