Program Overview

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate on live deals and client pitches delivering structured solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams on business initiatives and new product launches.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support.
- Develop and implement financial models aiding investment decisions.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with policies and risk management procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Final year undergraduate students with a GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Motivated, curious, resourceful, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong teamwork and enthusiasm demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
- No visa sponsorship available except for STEM OPT extension eligible degrees.
- Regulated by FINRA.
Work Location and Salary
- Position based at 4 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA.
- Office is centrally located with easy public transportation access.
- Base salary fixed at $110,000 per annum.
- Salary excludes additional compensation or benefits.
