About the role
Join Barclays’ 3–6-month Capital Markets Off-Cycle Internship in Milan and contribute to live deals, proposals, research, presentations, and transaction execution. You will learn from experienced professionals across equity and debt origination, loans, structuring, risk management, and syndication while developing insight into the work of a full-time Analyst.
Role and responsibilities
- Participate in day-to-day Capital Markets activities and support senior colleagues’ decision-making.
- Conduct research projects, prepare presentations and reports, and communicate findings clearly.
- Contribute to live deals, deal proposals, new business presentations, and transaction execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and client solutions.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support new product or service launches.
- Support client relationships, transactions, and financial models under steadily decreasing supervision.
