About the role
A 3–6-month Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship in Amsterdam, offering exposure to live deals, client pitches, financial analysis, valuation, modelling, industry research, due diligence and transaction materials. Interns work across banking teams, gain insight into analyst responsibilities, receive training and networking support, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on live deals, client pitches and advisory work for corporate clients.
- Perform financial analysis, modelling, valuation, industry research and client due diligence.
- Prepare offering memoranda, new business presentations and other written materials.
- Support client relationships, product and service queries, and transaction processing.
- Develop financial models and strategies supporting investment banking decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new product or service initiatives.
Programme Details
- Work within an Investment Banking team for an extended period compared with a summer internship.
- Gain exposure to different clients, transactions, sectors, products and specialist banking areas.
- Receive training, development and networking opportunities to build skills and knowledge.
- The Amsterdam office is located in the Zuidas business district.
Requirements
- Be in the penultimate or final year of a degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in business and finance and curiosity to learn.
- Show resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Extracurricular involvement may demonstrate relevant personal qualities.
Languages
- Fluent English is required.
- Dutch is desirable.
