Candidate Requirements
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
- Motivated, curious, with an interest in business and finance.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
