About the role

The two-year Private Bank and Wealth Management Explorer Programme develops expertise across Product, Strategy and Business Management, and Relationship Management. Based in Geneva, graduates gain international exposure, collaborate with senior colleagues, support high-net-worth clients, and contribute to research, business initiatives, product development, and client relationship management.

Programme structure

  • Rotate through Product, Strategy and Business Management, and Relationship Management.
  • Build international exposure to Private Bank and Wealth Management and its relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank.
  • Develop understanding and expertise through training, practical experience, and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct small research projects supporting strategic decisions, then prepare presentations and reports communicating findings.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to implement research findings and support business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and help manage new product and service launches.
  • Manage client relationships, provide customer service, answer product questions, and process transactions with decreasing supervision.
  • Support development and implementation of financial models and strategies for decision-making.
  • Participate in training and development programmes and contribute to mentoring junior colleagues.
