Role Responsibilities

  • Support senior colleagues with market insights and decision-making research.
  • Execute small research projects and prepare presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service support.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies for decision making.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Analyst Expectations

  • Perform tasks timely and to high standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge and act as an advisor when appropriate.
  • Lead or support teams, allocate work, and coordinate resources if in leadership role.
  • Take ownership of risk management and compliance with policies and regulations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing undergraduate degree with completion between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred.
  • Interest in business and finance with strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Legal right to work in Singapore required; visa sponsorship must be declared.
