Role Purpose
- Participate in daily activities of SMAD electronic trading division.
- Provide insights to support senior colleagues' decisions.
- Help develop new products and identify market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute small research projects and prepare reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
- Support client relationship management and customer service.
- Develop and implement financial models and trading strategies.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments.
- Excellent data analytics, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Strong mathematics and statistics background.
- Flexible to work long hours when required.
