About the role
This 3–6-month off-cycle internship offers penultimate- and final-year students the opportunity to support Barclays’ Private Bank and Wealth Management division in Dubai. Interns will analyse potential clients, prepare client materials, support credit and onboarding due diligence, attend meetings, and help develop tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis of potential private banking clients and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, memoranda, reports, and research materials for existing and prospective clients.
- Support credit assessments, onboarding due diligence, transaction processing, and client service activities.
- Attend client meetings with experienced bankers and help address questions about products and services.
- Conduct research projects and identify opportunities for new products, services, and market initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support financial models, strategies, and business cases.
