Programme Overview

  • Two-year Explorer programme covering Product, Strategy/Business Management, and Relationship Management.
  • Opportunity to achieve IMC (mandatory Year One) and CFA Level One (optional Year Two).

  • Focus on developing understanding and expertise in private banking and wealth management.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day activities in private bank and wealth management division.
  • Conduct small research projects and prepare presentations to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage product/service launches.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service support with decreasing supervision.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies for decision making.

Analyst Expectations

  • Perform tasks timely and to high standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of area of expertise.
  • Lead or support team development and resource coordination.

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing undergraduate degree completing between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Interest in finance and business with proactive communication skills.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Legal right to work in Singapore required; disclose visa status if applicable.
