Programme Overview
- Work within the Natural Resources and Energy Transition team covering energy, power, utilities, renewables, metals, and mining.
- Engage with M&A, capital markets, and financing projects in EMEA.
- Collaborate directly with Directors, MDs, and clients from early stages.
- Experience a highly technical environment with in-house financial modeling.
- Rotate across three verticals before specializing as a Vice President.

Responsibilities
- Support bankers on industry, product, and country-specific projects.
- Contribute to client presentations and financial analysis.
- Help deliver client solutions using the bank's full capabilities.
- Build relationships and gain experience for future career opportunities.
- Participate in transaction execution with clients and advisors.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed after Sept 2025 or completing before Jan 2027.
- Minimum 112 UCAS points or equivalent, targeting at least a 2:1 degree classification.
- Available to join from 1 September for four months.
- If offered full-time, must join graduate program from January 2027.
