About the Team

• Leveraged Finance products: leveraged loans, high yield bonds for acquisitions and refinancings.
• SSG advises on sustainability in financing, valuation, and strategy, collaborating across teams.

Programme Overview

• Broad experience within one Global Capital Markets team with exposure to others.
• Candidates can indicate preference for DCM, ECM, LevFin, or SSG.

Responsibilities

• Work with product specialists and clients at senior levels to deliver financing solutions.
• Understand market fundamentals and contribute to financing strategies.
• Design tailored client presentations for various financing needs.
• Engage in live transactions and network across the bank.
• Collaborate with Investment and Corporate Banking teams on client coverage.
• Coordinate with sales, traders, and research for deal execution and market updates.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree completing between June 2027 and July 2028.
• Minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
• Open to diverse degree disciplines including arts, humanities, economics, mathematics.
• Fluency in English essential; European language proficiency desirable.
• Demonstrate drive, innovation, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and creativity.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office proficiency; Leveraged Finance applicants with finance experience.
