About the role

Bank of America’s four-month Off-cycle Analyst programme in London places candidates on the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging EMEA team. You will support M&A, ECM, DCM and structured capital transactions, prepare client materials and financial analysis, and gain hands-on exposure, formal training, mentorship and direct client access.

Team and Exposure

  • Cover traditional and alternative real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure sectors across EMEA.
  • Gain exposure to M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Structured Capital Solutions.
  • Work within a collaborative team offering hands-on experience and direct client access from the outset.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside bankers in industry, product and country coverage groups.
  • Help deliver client solutions by leveraging the bank’s capabilities.
  • Prepare client presentations and supporting financial analysis.
  • Build relationships, sector knowledge and experience for future career opportunities.
  • Participate in transactions with clients, investment banks and other advisers.

Training and Development

  • Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
  • Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.

Eligibility

  • Hold or pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduates must have graduated after January 2026; current students must complete their degree before July 2027.
  • Be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
  • Be available from Monday 11 January for four months, with potential two-month extension.
  • Be available to join the graduate programme from July 2027 if offered a full-time position.
