About the role

Join Bank of America’s London Global Multi-Industries team as a 2027 Off-cycle Analyst. You will support live M&A, equity capital markets and leveraged finance transactions, prepare client materials and financial analysis, and work with bankers, clients and advisors. The four-month programme may be extended by two months and includes formal training, mentorship and on-the-job support.

About the Team

  • The Global Multi-Industries team covers sectors including automotive, business services, infrastructure, chemicals and transportation.
  • The team comprises more than 50 EMEA bankers and collaborates with colleagues in the United States and Asia-Pacific.
  • Analysts gain exposure to live transactions and client solutions across multiple investment banking products.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside bankers in industry, product and country coverage groups on client projects.
  • Help deliver client solutions using the bank’s broader capabilities.
  • Prepare client presentations and supporting financial analysis.
  • Participate in transaction execution with clients, investment banks and other advisors.
  • Build relationships, knowledge and experience supporting future career opportunities.

Training and Development

  • Complete extensive formal training at the beginning of the programme.
  • Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.

Eligibility

  • Have received or be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduates must have graduated after January 2026; current students must complete all requirements before July 2027.
  • Be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
  • Be available from Monday 11th January for four months, with an option to extend by two months.
  • If offered a full-time role, be available to join the graduate programme from July 2027; deferred starts are unavailable.
