About the role

Bank of America's Milan Investment Banking Off-Cycle Analyst internship offers exposure to industry, country, and product coverage teams. Analysts support client solutions, financial analysis, presentations, and transaction execution while receiving formal training, mentorship, speaker events, and on-the-job support. High-performing interns may receive full-time employment offers for 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside bankers across industry, product, and country coverage groups.
• Help deliver client solutions using the bank’s capabilities.
• Prepare client presentations and supporting financial analysis.
• Participate in transaction execution with clients, investment banks, and other advisors.
• Develop relationships, knowledge, and experience for future career opportunities.

Training and Development

• Receive extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
• Benefit from on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout the internship.

Recruitment and Progression

• Recruitment takes place on a rolling basis after applications open.
