About the role

Join Bank of America’s Global Payment Solutions team in London for a 10-week 2027 Summer Analyst programme. Rotate through sales and product groups while learning to develop and deliver treasury solutions covering payments, liquidity, cash management, foreign exchange, commercial cards, trade and supply chain finance for corporate clients.

Team and Programme

• Global Payment Solutions provides treasury solutions for corporate clients across multiple industries and market segments.
• The programme rotates analysts between two GPS groups: sales and product.
• Work spans cash management, liquidity, payments, foreign exchange, commercial cards, trade and supply chain finance.
• The programme emphasises on-the-job training and exposure to the end-to-end business.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of bespoke treasury solutions for corporate clients.
• Understand product development and the process of selling solutions to clients.
• Support effective handovers to implementation teams after new business is won.
• Maintain client contact during implementation to help ensure needs are met.
• Attend client and prospective client visits to support business growth.
• Prepare and eventually deliver client proposals and presentations.

Training and Progression

• Receive formal training at the programme’s start, on-the-job support, speaker events and mentorship.
• Strong performers may receive full-time offers commencing July 2028, with some businesses offering January or April starts.
• Candidates receiving offers must be available for the applicable start date; deferrals are not available.
